About
Our founder, Andy Stefani, grew up in his dad's machine shop just outside of Detroit, Michigan. There, he learned early on the grit, integrity, and hard work it takes to run a small business. A lifelong entrepreneur, Andy built a blacktop resurfacing company in high school, a window washing business during college, and went on to spend years in business development helping small to large-cap companies.
Andy has built a career bridging the gap between technical engineering and innovative business development. He specializes in identifying operational bottlenecks and driving top-line revenue growth.
Now based in Costa Mesa, California, Andy founded Stefani Ventures with a clear mission: to protect the legacies of great businesses and ensure they continue to thrive and serve their communities for generations to come.

Most companies we target have an EBITDA in the range of $750k - $10M.
Direct Operations Track: $750k - $3M EBITDA (Ideally located in Orange County / Greater regional area for direct executive management)
Co-Investment & Partner Track: $3M - $10M EBITDA (Leveraging our institutional investor network and specialized operational partners across the United States)
